Each Sixer has access to a range of learning specific to their role and ambition, from MISSION-led training around cross-functional skills to courses from third party providers.

Through 360 feedback, regular check-ins, and based on your requests for development opportunities, our Room to Grow process provides individualized growth objectives and real time feedback based on what you want to achieve at April Six.

Who doesn’t love a “school trip”? From getting lost in immersive experiences to attending lectures from the best in the business, we love getting out and about to find our next source of inspiration that will elevate the work we do with our clients.

Celebrating the work we do and the bonds we make is crucial to being a Sixer, so every quarter we take the time to let our hair down and connect on a different level – from boat trips, to escape rooms to biscuit icing. It gives us time away from work to make shared memories and thank everyone for their hard work.
