Becoming A Leading Voice in Vehicle Maintenance
The Brief
Stellantis, the global automotive manufacturing corporation, wanted to reinforce the importance of vehicle maintenance to its customers and position itself as the go-to provider of maintenance work for Peugeot, Citroën, and Vauxhall.
The Challenge
Vehicle maintenance is a crucial part of ownership that helps reduce the likelihood of repairs while improving safety and performance. Stellantis wanted to convey this message clearly to its audience and sought partnership with April Six to locate the most effective delivery method to drive positive action.
The Creative
The April Six team determined that the most effective message delivery for this audience was animation, and set about creating a series of twelve videos per brand. Each of these videos focused on a single type of vehicle service—from tyre and wiper checks to MOTs to winter suitability assessments—and was created to tell an engaging story of what needed to be done, what happened when it wasn’t, and why Stellantis were best placed to carry out this maintenance.
The Results
Featured across brand websites, national communications, and dealership screens, these animations delivered a strong awareness message about the importance of maintenance and drove an uptick in conversations for Stellantis maintenance.
